Minimum Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
  • Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred.
  • Active Georgia license in Speech-Language Pathology required to start the assignment.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle required for daily travel to patient homes.
  • Experience providing assessment and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders in home health or outpatient settings preferred.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Minimum education requirement: Master’s degree.

Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Home Health.
  • Shift name: Days.
  • Shift details: Days 0800-1600.
  • Work days per week: 5.
  • Shift start and end times: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (client listed 8AM-4:30PM).
  • Travel required: Yes. Daily travel to multiple patient homes within the work shift.
  • Work will take place in patients' homes.
  • Interview process: Virtual via Teams.
  • Dress code: Scrubs or business attire. No jeans. Closed-toe shoes required.
