Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a LOT of flavor and helps hold it all together. What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. Provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Open and close the store with little to no supervision. Ensure the quality of the food and beverages we serve and keep a safe and clean store environment. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to rise like one of our bagels and grow your career. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members. Why Work With Us?
