Seasonal Client Service Specialist

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax expert.
This role emphasizes high-quality service, multitasking, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. As part of a franchise office, you will help ensure client needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually, while maintaining a welcoming front-d desk and supporting teammates across multiple locations.
