Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents and patients on a weekend schedule, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration

• Administer treatments and procedures as ordered by physicians, including injections, Phlebotomy, and ECGs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
