Job Description Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer – Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International. We are looking for diligent merchandisers and order writers to fulfill merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. You will represent world-famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others. Responsibilities Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays. Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores. Order products via iPad tablet for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines. Ensure sales representative negotiated plans with store managers are followed, and communicate any issues with the management team. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Qualifications At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated and able to work independently. Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations; mileage will be reimbursed. Capacity to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., sometimes pushing or pulling over 50 lbs. Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus. Live within 25‑35 miles of Lehi, UT (primary location) or surrounding areas such as Salt Lake City, Riverton, Saratoga Springs, Herriman, Eagle Mountain, UT (secondary locations). Availability Monday‑Friday, 5:00‑8:00 A.M. start time. Salary and Benefits Hourly compensation ranges from $17.50–$18.50 based on experience. Benefits include: 401(k) savings plan with company match.
