Supervise care and treatments, leading patient assessments. Create personalized care plans and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support physical, mental, and emotional recovery. Celebrate each patient’s progress and milestones. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. CPR certification. Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
