Position: Product Manager, AI (Supply Chain)
Location: Woodland Hills CA (Hybrid)
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, AI, or complex enterprise technology platforms.
- Own the end to end product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Supply Chain AI products across priority value streams.
- Translate supply chain business needs into product vision, user journeys, requirements, and prioritized backlogs
- Strong domain understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations.
- Ensure AI products adhere to responsible AI principles, including model risk management, data privacy, and compliance with applicable regulatory standards, particularly within regulated life sciences and diagnostics environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with data science and engineering teams on production systems.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively in a fast paced, cross functional environment with ambiguity.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML platforms and tooling, such as cloud based ML platforms (e.g., Azure ML, Databricks), forecasting or optimization engines, and enterprise data pipeline tools.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Product management experience within AI, advanced analytics, or data driven platform environments.
- Enterprise operating models and scaled product portfolios across multiple business units or operating companies.
- Applying Danaher Business System (DBS) tools for strategy deployment, problem solving, and performance management.
