Event Sales Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Event Sales Coordinator Trainee to join our team and support the execution of live, retail-based marketing events. This role is designed for individuals who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in event operations, coordination, and on-site campaign support.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in events, marketing operations, or field coordination. No prior experience is required—full training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of retail-based events and promotional activations
• Support day-to-day event logistics, including materials, organization, and on-site readiness
• Help ensure smooth event flow by coordinating with team members and leadership
• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner during live events
• Provide basic product and service information as part of event activities
• Support event check-in, guest interaction, and overall customer experience
• Assist with gathering feedback and reporting observations after events
• Contribute ideas to improve event execution and efficiency
