If you are a compassionate, self-directed clinician who wants to make a lasting impact in an appreciative community, your new dental home is waiting.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):Elite Periodontal & Preventative Therapy: Perform thorough oral prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and localized periodontal maintenance utilizing modern, minimally invasive ultrasonic instruments and advanced clinical protocols.Tech-Driven Co-Diagnosis & Charting: Partner side-by-side with Dr. Lemon using modern intraoral cameras and iTero 3D digital scanners to educate patients visually, map out restorative opportunities, and perform meticulous periodontal charting.Radiographic Excellence: Capture high-definition digital X-rays to accurately diagnose underlying bone health and subgingival calculus with up to 80% less radiation exposure.Patient Advocacy & Oral Systemic Health: Take unhurried time to educate patients on the vital connection between oral biofilm, periodontal status, and systemic systemic wellness, personalizing home care regimens.Safety & Compliance: Maintain pristine operatory hygiene, upholding uncompromising infection control standards in accordance with OSHA, CDC, and Washington State Department of Health guardrails.What We Are Looking For (Required Qualifications):Credentials: Active, unencumbered Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License is strictly required.Certifications: Valid WA State Local Anesthesia and Restorative/Nitrous Oxide endorsements are required.Clinical Mastery: Proficiency or a high willingness to master digital dental tech, including intraoral photography and 3D digital scanning platforms.Relationship -Driven Mindset: An empathetic, communicative clinician who understands that building authentic rapport and patient trust is our #1 priority.Education: Graduate of an ADA-accredited Dental Hygiene program.Why You'll Love It Here:Top-of-Market Pay: A premium hourly baseline of $50 to $65/hr to honor your specialized clinical skills.Protected Lifestyle Schedule: Achieve the perfect work-life balance with a structured, consistent Mon–Thu schedule.
