Position Summary U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. Schedule The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm or until work is completed, plus rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. Job Responsibilities Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment. Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control. Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical equipment may be used for commercial tires. Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires. Work at heights up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment on stock racks that can be 25 feet tall. Remain on the move, be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods, and work overtime as needed. Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures. Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory) as business needs dictate. Physical Demands and Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, employees must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely. Tasks require frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting up to 80 pounds, as well as pushing forces of up to 40 pounds. Commercial tires may be rolled, destacked, or team‑lifted using mechanical equipment. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL). All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except for steel/composite toe boots. Employees must adhere to safety and manufacturing guidelines when using protective equipment. The work environment may expose employees to weather conditions and moderate noise levels. Fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants may be present. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment. At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience. Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires. Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards. Abide by all company safety policies and state & federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines. Ability to pass forklift certification. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures. Ability to work in a team environment. Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (THC/marijuana not tested).
