Position Overview:
As the Express Lane Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our express service lane, ensuring timely and efficient service to our valued customers. You will manage a team of technicians, ensuring they provide high-quality service while maintaining productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the Express Lane team, including technicians.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Express Lane, ensuring all vehicles are serviced quickly and efficiently.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to improve performance and ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor and track the performance of the Express Lane, implementing strategies to improve service times and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the service management team to coordinate resources and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of parts and supplies required for Express Lane services.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an automotive service environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and service operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college or technical certifications a plus).
