1st Shift Inspector

Nesco Resource is hiring for a 1st shift Inspector. Great temp-to-perm opportunity! Experience is needed. Apply today in person or online. The 1st Shift Inspector is responsible for inspecting joint parts to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect components visually and with measuring tools to verify compliance with specifications.
• Record inspection results and complete quality check documentation.
• Identify and separate defective products.
• Assist with additional quality control or production tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality inspection preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other inspection tools is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift to 30 lbs.
