Responsibilities

As a Speech‑Language Pathologist with EJ Therapy Services, you will work with a diverse pediatric caseload in a collaborative and supportive therapy environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children while working alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and treating a variety of communication needs including expressive and receptive language delays, Apraxia, articulation, phonological disorders, stuttering, and social communication challenges.
• Supporting children who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems.
• Collaborating with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other professionals.
• Providing education and guidance to families on strategies to support communication development.
• Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate clinical records.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Speech‑Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
