We're looking for a world-class Brand Manager to own our organic social presence and TikTok ecosystem. This isn't a community management role. This is a leadership position responsible for growing brand awareness, creator engagement, organic revenue, and cultural relevance across every organic social touchpoint. The Opportunity The Brand Manager will own the strategy, execution, and performance of Inno Supps' organic social media presence, with a primary focus on TikTok. You'll lead the growth of our organic channels by developing content strategies, managing creator relationships, overseeing TikTok Shop affiliate initiatives, collaborating with Creative and Performance Marketing, and ensuring every piece of content strengthens the Inno Supps brand. This role sits at the intersection of brand marketing, creator marketing, community building, and social commerce. What You'll Own Organic Social Strategy Develop and execute the overall organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. Build quarterly and monthly content strategies aligned with product launches, promotions, seasonal initiatives, and brand campaigns. Own the social content calendar and publishing cadence. Identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and platform opportunities before competitors. TikTok Leadership Own Inno Supps' TikTok ecosystem. Drive growth of TikTok Shop through creator content and organic strategies. Manage and optimize TikTok affiliate initiatives. Develop strategies to increase creator activation, posting frequency, GMV, and affiliate engagement. Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Partner with paid media to identify winning creatives that can be scaled. Brand & Content Leadership Ensure every piece of content reflects the Inno Supps brand. Collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams. Brief designers, editors, creators, and copywriters. Review creative before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency. Develop content pillars that educate, entertain, inspire, and convert. Community & Engagement Build an engaged community across all social platforms. Develop strategies that increase comments, shares, saves, watch time, and audience participation. Monitor community sentiment and surface actionable consumer insights. Identify opportunities to turn customers into brand advocates. Creator & Influencer Collaboration Partner closely with influencer and affiliate teams. Help recruit, activate, and retain high-performing creators. Improve creator onboarding and content quality. Identify organic opportunities to increase creator-generated content. Performance & Analytics Track key performance metrics across all social channels. Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Report weekly and monthly on: Audience growth Engagement Reach Video views Watch time Organic traffic TikTok Shop sales Affiliate performance Organic revenue contribution Use data to continuously optimize strategy. What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you'll help: Significantly grow TikTok and Instagram audiences. Increase organic social engagement across platforms. Improve TikTok Shop creator activation and productivity. Generate meaningful increases in organic revenue. Build repeatable systems for content planning and execution. Create a recognizable, category-leading social media presence. Strengthen the connection between organic content and overall business performance. Qualifications 5+ years of experience leading organic social media for a consumer brand. Proven success growing TikTok accounts at scale. Experience managing creator or affiliate programs. Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and social commerce. Deep knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. Experience developing high-performing content strategies. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience using analytics tools to drive decision-making.
