Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,517 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Olathe, Kansas.

Job Description & Requirements

• Active Kansas (KS) RN License required.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry (TEL) nursing experience in an acute care hospital.
• 2–5 years of Telemetry experience preferred.
• Experience with continuous cardiac telemetry monitoring and ECG rhythm interpretation.
• Experience caring for post-cardiac procedure patients .
• Must have experience managing TR Bands following transradial cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Experience administering and monitoring cardiac drips , including:
  • Heparin
  • Bumex (Bumetanide)
  • Lasix (Furosemide)
  • Cardizem (Diltiazem)
• Experience with Tikosyn (Dofetilide) and Sotalol initiation protocols .
  Ability to recognize and respond to cardiac arrhythmias and patient condition changes.
• Willingness to float to all acute care units as needed.
