Local Driver Helper (Early Shift Merchandiser)

LOCAL DELIVERY DRIVER HELPER in Raleigh (Brier Creek Area)

Do you have professional driving experience (Class B or C vehicles) and live in the Raleigh, Durham, or Morrisville area? Are you looking for a 3rd-shift schedule with opportunities for advancement?

Do you have a clean driving record and a valid Class C or Class B License?

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr. with a pay increase after 4 months when transitioning to your own route.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks/or sprinters safely and efficiently.
Assist the Driver with multi-stop delivery routes.
Deliver products and place inventory in designated storage or display locations according to customer requests.
Stock, rotate, and organize product to maintain an attractive and customer-ready presentation.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers at delivery locations.
Ensure shelves, coolers, and displays are properly stocked and merchandised.
Monitor product condition and remove damaged or outdated inventory when required.
Maintain accurate counts of delivered merchandise and verify product against delivery paperwork.
Handle all products carefully to prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company in a positive manner.

Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
Previous delivery, merchandising, route service experience prefferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized product displays.
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Clean background and ability to meet company hiring requirements.
