Receptionist - Local College - Boise

Our client, a local college, is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for students, visitors, and callers. Pay and schedule: $17.00–$18.00 per hour, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Full-time, 40 hours per week

What you’ll do:

• Greet and welcome students, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate departments or staff members.
• Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate individuals.
• Provide general information and assistance to students and visitors.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area.
• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
