Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers and necessary adjustments to insure processes are in control at all times.
• Perform daily machine inspections and perform PMs
• Set-up Lining machines from a zero-state.
• Conduct line clearance activities with Quality Techs.
• Troubleshoot the machines and peripheral equipment as needed
• Perform all activities safely, including the use of LOTO as required by company policy.
• Conduct safety inspections of equipment and tooling prior to use.
• Within the confines of the job, ensure the safe operation of all equipment prior to turning it back over to running production after work is done
• Enter data onto production and quality paperwork
• Assist CPO as needed
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
