We at Fish Window Cleaning are looking for proficient, detail oriented, hardworking individuals to come join us here as Professional Window Cleaning Service Technicians. We want individuals who enjoy a unique career where you are working independently without someone looking over your shoulder, working in and outdoors, not being stuck behind a desk or counter and feeling a sense of accomplishment at the end of your work day. We are looking for employees who enjoy providing great customer service to our customers daily. No window cleaning experience is required as we provide training and training pay. Join our locally owned and operated business that has been proudly providing excellent service right here in the Chippewa Valley and surrounding areas, for over 20 years. Some travel up to 120 minutes required as we provide our services all around our area. FIRST SHIFT- Weekday/Daytime hours- Full Time or Part Time After the two weeks of paid training, Technicians in our probationary period can earn $18/hour and up plus tips. After the probationary period, our advanced Technicians can earn a rate of pay of $20 an hour and up plus tips.

We are looking for people with the following:

• A valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle for daily work use
• Ability to please customers and provide excellent customer service, everyday!
• The ability to work from a ladder up to 3 stories for some jobs is required

We are looking for courteous, self-motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
