Pay

$17~$27 per hour

Salary Details
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Based Incentives: Receive additional compensation for successfully processing insurance claims, handling billing tasks, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Are you friendly, organized, and love making people smile? Braces by Dr. Ruth is looking for an enthusiastic New Patient Coordinator to join our amazing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of our practice and help create an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist new patients with warmth and professionalism (a happy face is a must!)
Manage phone calls and scheduling with care and efficiency
Handle a variety of administrative tasks to keep our orthodontic office running smoothly
Support our clinical team when needed
Contribute to our social media presence — creativity and posting skills are a big plus!
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or dental office settings is helpful (but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort with a busy, phone-driven environment
A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
Interest in social media and creative communication — we love sharing smiles online!

Daily bonus system-

Jobley Bonus: $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

- Work Hours: Monday 8-5, Tuesday and Wednesday 7-5, Thursday 8-4
- Weekend Work: No weekends required.
