Fox Den Country Club is looking for fun, outgoing, and dependable bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team! If you enjoy working with people, making great drinks, and creating a great experience for members and guests, we want you at The Den .
What You'll Do- Provide friendly, professional service to members and guests.
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages.
- Bartend in Ginty's and support other Food & Beverage areas as needed.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
- Follow drink recipes, service standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Check IDs and follow all ABC and Club policies.
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleaning of the bar.
- Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to keep service running smoothly.
- Help with club events, banquets, Sunday Brunch, and other special events.
- Handle member and guest requests with a positive, hospitality-first attitude.
- Jump in and help the team wherever needed.
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
- Current ABC Liquor License required.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
