Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Summerlin Area)
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Clinic
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on providing high-quality, individualized care to children ages 0-21 with developmental, sensory, and functional needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions focused on functional outcomes
- Address key areas including:
- Fine motor development
- Sensory processing and regulation
- Activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Visual-motor integration
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Nevada Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
- Pediatric experience preferred (especially with Autism Spectrum Disorder)
- New graduates with strong clinical placements are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
