The ideal candidate is ambitious, creative, caring, and passionate, with professional experience working with elementary school‑aged children. Responsibilities Ensure the safety and well‑being of children in the program. Provide general program supervision. Create and implement activities. Assist with homework and guide children according to their developmental needs. Bring special skills in enrichment areas such as art, music, theater, sports, dance, or other specialties. Requirements Experience working with elementary age school children. Bachelor’s degree or degree in progress with relevant experience preferred. Employment contingent on successful passing of a MA Background Records Check (CORI, SORI, DCF, and Fingerprinting). Hours Part‑time, hourly positions available during the school year from September through June, following the STCPS school schedule.
