This position focuses on building strong client relationships and helping organizations align a broad range of technology solutions with their business and IT strategies to drive measurable outcomes. Based on a candidate’s skills, experience, and company needs at the time of hiring, this position may be filled as one of the following: Account Manager Senior Account Manager Major Account Manager This role is flexible and can be based in Nashville, Memphis, Chattanooga, or Knoxville. The position supports business and government customers with voice, internet, data, and cloud solutions and is backed by experienced marketing and technical teams to enable long‑term customer success and growth. Key Responsibilities Prospecting, account acquisition, and ongoing account management Driving revenue growth through business‑to‑business sales Building collaborative, long‑term relationships with customers and local communities Managing the sales process, including lead management, networking, customer meetings, referrals, and outbound prospecting Meeting or exceeding assigned productivity and performance targets Account Manager Levels Account Manager, Commercial College degree preferred or at least one year of relevant business experience Outside B2B sales experience preferred Senior Account Manager, Commercial Proven B2B sales experience, including quota attainment, forecasting, and appointment setting Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or internet services strongly preferred College degree preferred or at least two years of relevant business experience Major Account Manager, Commercial Proven B2B sales experience, including quota attainment, forecasting, and appointment setting Minimum of three years of relevant experience in wireless, telecommunications, or internet services required All candidates must demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apt
