Assembly - 1st Shift

Assembly Position

Masterson Staffing has teamed up with our very valued client to hire for an assembly position in Grantsburg, WI. This is a temp-to-hire position with a growing company looking to hire dedicated workers.

Shifts: 2nd shift: 4x10 hour shifts Mon-Thursday. 2:30pm - 1:00am $20.00/hour

Assembly Position is responsible for the following:

• Assemble quick release couplings
• Operate all assembly equipment
• Package complete assemblies for shipment
• Verify the function of the product
• Ensure quality standards are met in all processes
• Follow standard work and work instructions
• Maintain clean work environment

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to pass UA drug screen
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift
• Regular and dependable attendance
• Good verbal communication and legible handwriting
• Repetitive motion, frequent use of hands
• Good dexterity
• Attention to detail through visual inspection
• Must have a GED or high school diploma
