Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

Job Summary Join Comcast Xfinity retail team to deliver excellent customer experience and drive sales of Comcast products and services. Responsibilities Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence. Assist customers in interpreting and clarifying account statements and pay their bills in the store. Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests. Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and consistent work ethic. Physical ability to carry and/or lift up to 25‑pound boxes and move around the store. Strong communication, critical thinking, and customer‑focused skills.
