Essential job functions responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Responsible for contacting prospective customers through outbound calls with the intention of selling vacation ownership (60%)Attend meetings as required (10%)Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance, Do Not Call Regulations (25%)Set and review weekly performance goals (5%)Travel requirements 0%Minimum requirements and qualifications:Education: Must have a minimum high school diploma or GEDTraining requirements: Successful completion of on boarding trainingAll associates are responsible for ensuring that they remain up to date on all required coursesParticipate in coaching sessionsKnowledge and skills: Excellent communication skills, strong client focus, sales minded professional (hospitality, sales, call center, server, or marketing experience)Ability to overcome objectionsAbility to work in a goal and performance based environmentTechnical skills: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS ExcelJob experience: Minimum of 6 months sales experience, preferably in a production driven environmentExperience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirementHow You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
