Become one of them. **The opportunity** We are looking for a Lead Product Manager (m/f/) Home Connectivity to take ownership of the connectivity domain within our home product portfolio for whole Europe incl. Germany; covering routers, mesh extenders, and the networking functionality they rely on.This role focuses on delivering best customer experience in our consumer products when it comes about connectivity: features and functionality, user experience as well as performance of WiFi, mesh, routing, forwarding, and fault handling.You will lead the product direction across multiple teams working on these areas — ensuring that technical decisions, priorities, and execution consistently drive true differentiation, stability, performance, and a strong connectivity experience for customers.A key part of the role is to bring a clear end-to-end product perspective into complex technical discussions, ensuring that system-level decisions translate into real improvements in how connectivity behaves and is perceived. **Why this role matters** * Connectivity is the foundation of the home experience — and highly visible when it fails* Improvements in this domain directly impact customer satisfaction, support cost, and product competitiveness* This role ensures that complex technical systems translate into a reliable and high-quality connectivity experience **What you will do** As a Lead Product Manager (m/f/d) Home Connectivity you own the product strategy and roadmap for the connectivity components of our home products, across routers, mesh extenders and the networking stack. Your further tasks:* Shape how connectivity performance translates into user experience, especially for WiFi quality, coverage, and stability* Lead and align multiple teams working on connectivity, mesh, routing/forwarding, and fault-to-repair capabilities* Steer and challenge technical and architectural decisions to ensure strong end-to-end product outcomes* Drive systematic improvements in stability, performance, and failure handling across the connectivity domain* Identify and remove structural roadblocks that impact delivery, system quality, or scalability* Manage complex dependencies across teams, components, and delivery cycles* Translate technical complexity into clear priorities and measurable outcomes* Create clarity and direction in a highly complex environment with multiple stakeholders **What you bring** You have a university degree with a focus on (Product Lifecycle-Management, Product-Roadmapping, Stakeholder-Management) or a comparable qualification and already have many years of professional experience in the field of product management. In addition you are characterized by the following knowledge and skills:* Strong experience in product management or technical leadership within connectivity, gateways, broadband, or telecommunications environments* Solid understanding of home networking technologies (e.g. WiFi, mesh systems, routing, network protocols)* A background in software development, computer science, or a comparable technical field* The ability to evaluate and guide technical and system-level decisions with a strong product perspective* Experience working in environments with multiple teams and strong interdependencies* Proven ability to identify and resolve roadblocks in complex delivery setups* Strong ownership mindset and a track record of driving topics to real outcomes* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to break down complex systems into actionable decisions* Confidence in navigating and aligning a diverse and demanding stakeholder landscape* Fluent English language skills (Level C1) **Why join us?** You will be part of a highly ambitious Product & Technology organization, shaping the future of TV and connected home experiences across Europe.
