We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Supervisor opportunity at an established residential facility near Baltimore, MD. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for directing the daily operations and providing supervision of the clinical team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a residential setting providing treatment to families and adolescents who are victims of trauma.Location: Baltimore, MDClinical Supervisor Responsibilities:Continuously monitors client treatment and proactively implements improvements and enhancements as warrantedDevelops, implements, and maintains operational and clinical policies, procedures and systemsDirects the development and ongoing enhancement of individual treatment plans consistent with treatment philosophies & modelsParticipates in the budget development process and retains responsibility for the budget in the clinical areaClinical Supervisor Qualifications:Master's Degree in a related discipline required3+ years of experience in a related field1+ years of supervisory experienceLCSW-C or LCPC licensure requiredClinical Supervisor Details:Competitive Salary ($85k+ Starting)Full Benefits/401k MatchFive Weeks PTO in year one
