Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Sr IT Digital Workplace Engineer to lead AI-powered solution design on Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and Gen AI. You will architect enterprise-grade APIs and microservices, integrate with Microsoft 365 tools, and drive MLOps practices.
The role requires 5+ years of software engineering with AI/ML focus, deep Azure expertise, and strong leadership to mentor teammates and align AI roadmaps with business goals.
