We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Job Purpose The Room Attendant ensures guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and maintained to the highest standards. This role plays a key part in providing a positive experience for every guest who stays with us. Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to Marriott and Auro Hotels standards. Make beds, restock supplies, and clean bathrooms and floors. Maintain assigned areas, including hallways and storage rooms, in a clean and organized manner. Safely use cleaning supplies and equipment. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department. Assist other housekeeping team members as needed. Qualifications 1–2 years of hotel housekeeping experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
