Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Shop Technician.
Shop Technician Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday, full-time schedule. Overtime may be available based on business needs.
Pay Rate : $16.00-$18.00/hr (based on experience)

Shop Technician Requirements/Qualifications

• Resume/profile sheet required. Interview required before starting.
  
• High school diploma or technical school diploma required.
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
  
• Forklift experience required.
  
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn pump repair techniques.
  
• Steel toe boots required.
  
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and climbing.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), background check, and 10-panel drug screen required.
  

• Assist with cleaning, diagnosing, and repairing industrial pumps.
  
• Disassemble, rebuild, and prepare pumps for service and repair.
  
• Load and unload freight using a forklift.
  
• Package, crate, and prepare equipment for shipment.
  
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
  
• Operate a company vehicle to complete local pickups and deliveries throughout Ohio and Kentucky.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
  
• Support warehouse and shop operations while learning new repair and maintenance skills.
