Line Cook – Bon Vivant Market & Café
Bon Vivant Market & Café (BVMC) is looking for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
We are looking for someone with experience in an upscale restaurant and/or high-volume kitchen who understands professional kitchen standards, speed, consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Requirements
- 1–2 years minimum professional kitchen experience
- Experience working in an upscale restaurant, high-volume kitchen, or fast-paced professional kitchen
- Strong understanding of line service and station organization
- Able to work efficiently and maintain quality during high-volume service
- 100% reliable and dependable
- Must be punctual and timely
- Must be available to work weekends
- Clean, organized, and maintains a sanitary workstation
- Able to follow recipes, tickets, instructions, and established kitchen standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willing to assist with prep and other kitchen duties when needed
Preferred
- Experience working in fine dining or upscale casual restaurants
- Experience on multiple stations
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
Compensation
Pay based on experience and skill level.
