Restaurant Service Manager Compensation Range: 57,785.00 - 61,000.00 The Restaurant Service Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations throughout their shifts, with an unwavering commitment to excellence. Insurance : Health, vision, dental, life, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). Retirement Benefits : 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay). Paid Time Off : 0.03846 hours for each 1 hour worked. Paid holidays : Our restaurants are typically closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
