Our company is growing rapidly, and we are looking for the best!To create exceptional experiences by building value-driven communities that enrich lives.To create:Quality housing for residentsMeaningful careers for our associatesStrong partnerships with our service providersCommunities that consistently deliver exceptional experiencesAt Wendover, we believe by providing quality, value-driven housing that is well-managed and maintained, we can make a positive impact on the lives of people and the communities we serve.We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our community, Weston Park at Longwood Station our 205-unit market rate community located in Longwood, FL.Responsibilities:You will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, common areas, parking lot/garage, and other community buildingsYou will remove trash from office areas and community perimeter daily and from trash chutes to compactor daily or moreYou will prepare the make-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments prior to make-readyAssist the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely mannerClean available apartments and or modelsTroubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems, including HVACReport any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Property ManagerMeticulously maintain curb appeal of communityAssist office personnel with other various tasks requiredAssist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, etc.Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shopReport to the Property Manager***This job description is not an all-inclusive list of functions and tasks.
