Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Process business-as-usual workflow as assigned by senior manager, to include data entry, recordkeeping, review, and validation work.

• Track daily activities and stats and report to senior manager.

• Conduct daily reconciliation of operational workflows

• Other business operational tasks as identified and delegated by senior manager.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies:

• 3-5 years' experience.

• Data Management experience.

• Microsoft Office Suite experience.

• Financial/Banking experience - Nice to have.

• Attentional detail / Analytical.

• Self-Starter.

• Know how to handle authority.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• This position does not fall under Legal, but falls under Product - Wealth and Advise Solutions.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
