What You'll Be Doing

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality fin tube products used across major industries.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Setting up and operating Fin Tube milling machines

✅ Loading and unloading materials

✅ Conducting quality inspections throughout production

✅ Identifying material defects and non-conformances

✅ Recording quality data, scrap counts, and production information

✅ Using production tracking systems and machine interfaces

✅ Troubleshooting machine issues and production challenges

✅ Operating overhead cranes when required

✅ Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

✅ Collaborating closely with Team Leads and Supervisors

✅ Ensuring products meet exact customer specifications and tolerances

✔ 6+ months of manufacturing experience

✔ Comfortable standing throughout your shift

✔ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently

✔ Basic math skills

✔ Ability to work with fractions and decimals

✔ Ability to follow instructions and production procedures

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Wheeling, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
