Physical Therapist

Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. This role includes patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy to help restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as necessary.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
