Based in Louisiana, Missouri, United States , this Full-time position is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled developer to apply their expertise within a company renowned for its quality craftsmanship and tailored client solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the software systems that underpin our business operations, helping to drive efficiency and support our continued growth. The salary for this position is $145,000 - $155,000 USD per annum . Responsibilities Designing, developing, and deploying bespoke software applications to support key business functions such as order processing, inventory management, and production scheduling. Collaborating closely with various departments to analyse their needs and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Maintaining and improving existing software systems, including troubleshooting bugs and implementing new features. Managing company databases to ensure data integrity, performance, and security. Contributing to the entire software development life cycle, from initial concept and planning through to testing and deployment. Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation for all software projects. Qualifications Proven professional experience in a software development role. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Strong proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python). Solid experience working with relational databases and SQL. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is desirable. Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
