SUMMARY of Duties Be our residents’ “go-to” person with the ultimate responsibility for making their day! Our caregivers help with personal care, social and recreational activities, meal service, and medication assistance while supporting residents’ dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality. Help lead the caregiving team, mentor, support and communicate with all levels of the community.
