Member & Provider Outreach & Notification Specialist

MedPOINT Management in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Member and Provider Notification Coordinator to notify members and providers of referral authorizations and assist with scheduling specialist appointments. The role reports to a Lead/Supervisor and requires knowledge of medical terminology, strong customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; EZCAP experience is a plus.
