Full‑time (40 h/week) Your responsibillities: Consulting – Guiding and supporting clients and developers throughout the entire project lifecycle. Project Management – Preparing cost estimates and proposals; sourcing materials and merchandise; developing schedules and managing orders based on external planning; identifying regulatory requirements. Contract Management – Issuing order confirmations and subcontractor tenders; conducting price negotiations; drafting service contracts and coordinating various trades. Site Supervision – Leading pre‑construction briefings; monitoring construction sites and progress; performing quality control; managing final handovers with clients and authorities.
