Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, non-medical care and support to our clients in their homes throughout Oswego, Yorkville, Bolingbrook, Plainfield, and surrounding areas . Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Providing personal care and hygiene assistance as needed
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Providing medication reminders
• Supporting clients with mobility and transfers
• Accompanying clients to appointments or errands when needed
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Following the client's individualized care plan
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Caregiver Qualifications
We are looking for caregivers who are:

• Compassionate and caring

• Passionate about helping seniors
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience working with seniors
• Experience in one or more of the following:
  • In-home care
  • Independent living
  • Assisted living
  • Memory care
  • Hospital
  • Rehabilitation
• Current TB test or chest X-ray
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work history
