What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Associate , you'll help create a positive client experience from the initial consultation through enrollment and ongoing support.

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits
• Listen to client needs and answer questions professionally
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
• Help clients understand coverage options and available programs
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide follow-up assistance and ongoing client support
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development
