Job Description:

Warehouse Supervisor-Delivery Drivers / Hours: 6:30am-4:00pm, 45 hours a week Monday through Friday 1/2 day Saturday 8-12:00PM 1-2 times a month

The Delivery Driver Supervisor is responsible for managing 3-4 employees, creating the AM/PM daily Delivery Manifests, and ensuring delivery/pick up of orders are done so in a safe and timely manner. The Driver Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring Delivery Drivers follow all EES policies and procedures.

This is a safety-sensitive position, the ability to work in a constant state of awareness and in a safe manner is imperative. Candidates offered employment must undergo a pre-employment DOT physical with drug test. The test screens for drugs including amphetamines, cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamines, opiates, oxycodone, and phencyclidines, following the cutoff levels set by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required with experience supervising delivery drivers. Minimum of 1 year experience in electrical industry or knowledge of electrical products preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats. Strong leadership skills and work well in team environment. Strong time management and organizational skills including good multi-tasking skills. Must possess strong customer service skills.

Physical Requirements: Be able to stand and walk prolonged periods of time. Good computer and telephone skills using proper telephone etiquette. Ability to bend, climb, push, pull, and ability to maneuver at heights and in tight or small places. Life and transport work-related materials up to 50 lbs.; occasionally weigh in excess of 70 lbs.
