Conduct periodic evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team and individual progress. Manage the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Cultivate a high-performing team culture that encourages collaboration with product managers, designers, and QA teams. Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible, lead code reviews, and oversee architectural discussions to uphold high code quality standards. Communicate effectively about project statuses, risks, and issues with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Advocate for best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability, and research emerging technologies to adapt to current product development plans.
