Your efforts will help ensure patients receive the compassionate care they deserve.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community organizationsConduct regular visits to referral sources to identify patients appropriate for hospice servicesRepresent Bella Terra Home Health and Hospice at community events, health fairs, and civic functionsCreate and implement strategic marketing plans to meet growth objectivesMonitor market trends and maintain compliance with industry regulationsServe as a resource for community members and assist with accessing careQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in hospice marketing or healthcare business developmentStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of hospice care, home health services, and healthcare regulationsAbout Bella Terra HospiceWe foster an environment where team members have the freedom to create programs that best serve patients and communities.
