Job Title: Machine Operator Job Description

This role focuses on operating production machinery in a machine shop environment while ensuring accurate sizing and measurements. You will support general production and assembly activities and help maintain consistent, high-quality output by correctly applying the metric system in daily work.

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Ensure all parts and products meet required sizing and measurement specifications.
• Use and interpret the metric system accurately when measuring and setting up equipment.
• Perform general labor tasks to support overall production operations as needed.
• Assist with assembly work related to machine operation and production processes.
• Monitor machines during operation and report any irregularities or potential issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the machine shop.
• Follow all safety guidelines and practices to promote a safe working environment.

• Proven ability to operate production and assembly machinery.
• Strong understanding and practical use of the metric system for measurements.
• Experience performing general labor tasks in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Attention to detail when checking sizes, measurements, and product quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Commitment to safe work practices in a machine shop environment.

• Previous experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
• Background in production, machine operation, general labor, or assembly work.

The role is based in a machine shop environment focused on production and assembly operations. This is a Contract position based out of Erlanger, KY.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
