DC Mobile Auto Repair is a growing business offering both in-shop and mobile services. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Maintenance Technician who can confidently perform basic repairs without supervision.
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already knows maintenance work and wants to grow into more advanced repairs over time.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (in-shop and mobile):
- Oil changes
- Brake pads & rotors
- Battery replacements
- Spark plugs / ignition components
- Perform vehicle inspections and report issues
- Assist with writing estimates
- Call parts suppliers for pricing and availability
- Communicate with customers when needed
- Document customer notes and job details
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience with automotive maintenance (shop or mobile)
- Ability to complete jobs independently
- Own basic tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working both in a shop and in mobile service settings
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
- Reliable, professional, and good communication skills
