Diesel Technician Lead / Shop Manager

Melben is recruiting a Diesel Technician Lead / Shop Manager in Cincinnati, OH. This is a direct-hire, full-time role on the employer's payroll, with one opening. The pay is $30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience. The employer is flexible on the start date.

This role is for a diesel technician who can lead the work and the people doing it. You would diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems, and you would also help set up the shop and build the team that works in it. The employer is looking for someone who has already built out a shop and a team before, not only someone who can turn wrenches.

The work runs on first shift. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience as a diesel technician, along with hands-on experience building out a shop and a team. Melben handles the screening and will pass qualified candidates to the employer.

Responsibilities
